Our Performance SA Leak Barrier (formerly known as FT Synthetics Platinum HT-SA) is a high temperature, peel-and-stick leak barrier that's ideal for many steep-slope roof applications, helping to protect against leaks caused by wind-driven rain and ice dams. It features our patented GripSpot™ technology for traction and a high-strength, modified asphalt peel-and-stick backing.

‍2 90-day UV resistance is based on testing conducted under controlled laboratory conditions. Performance SA Leak Barrier should be covered by a primary roof covering as soon as possible and no more than 90 days after installation.



‍3 Performance SA Leak Barrier can be installed in temperatures between 40F - 140F (4°C - 60C) provided that the product has been stored in a heated area to ensure it is between 50°F – 100°F (10°C – 37.7°C) at time of installation.



‍4 Lifetime refers to the length of warranty coverage provided for manufacturing defects and means as long as the original individual owner(s) of a single-family detached residence owns the property where the qualifying product is installed.
