Woodinville Hub Roofing Success: FT Solutions and Tacoma Roofing
The project involves roofing eight distinct buildings within the Harvest complex. In wetter climates like Washington, it’s important to use a quality leak barrier that’s easy to install and provides great traction. After the leak barrier was laid, Tacoma Roofing was notified that the metal roofing panels for the steep-slope roof were delayed, meaning the leak barrier would be exposed for some period of time. Fortunately, FT Solutions Premier Butyl Leak Barrier resists UV degradation for up to 180 days to accommodate the changing construction schedule.
