Product Tiers
FT Solutions offers premium-quality leak barriers, underlayments, and interior surface protection — all featuring our patented GripSpot™ technology for enhanced foot traction. To help you select the right solution, our leak barriers and underlayments are organized into three tiers: Performance, Premier, and Specialty.
Performance
Performance products offer durable construction and reliable materials. These consist of affordable products that work in a variety of steep-slope roof applications, and offer 90 day UV resistance.² If you want to get familiar with FT and its products, the Performance tier is a good place to start. Of course all products include FT’s patented Gripspot technology.
Premier
Premier products are a step up from the Performance tier. These products are for tougher jobs, offer 180 day UV resistance² and a Lifetime Limited Warranty³. Will work under many roof types, but ideal for metal, tile, and slate roofs. These products are for the more seasoned roofer, who rely on
high-performance materials.
Specialty
Specialty products have distinctive characteristics that help address complex roofing demands. If you are looking for a unique solution for your project like a breathable underlayment, FT has a product for you. Just like the Premier tier, these products come with a Lifetime Limited Warranty³.
2 90-day UV resistance for FT Performance UDL 90 and 180-day UV resistance for FT Premier UDL 180 are based on testing conducted under controlled laboratory conditions. While these products are water resistant, they are NOT WATERPROOF. DO NOT USE as a temporary roof to protect property or possessions.
90-day UV resistance for FT Performance SA Leak Barrier and 180-day UV resistance for FT Premier Butyl Leak Barrier is based on testing conducted under controlled laboratory conditions. These products should be covered by a primary roof covering as soon as possible and no more than 90 days after installation for FT Performance SA Leak Barrier and 180-days for FT Premier Butyl Leak Barrier.
3Lifetime refers to the length of warranty coverage provided and means as long as the original individual owner(s) of a single-family detached residence owns the property where the qualifying product is installed. For other owners/structures, Lifetime coverage is not applicable. See FT Solutions Limited Warranty available at ftsolutionsroof.com for complete coverage and restrictions.
